We have a series of interactive maps of different parts of the world showing the approximate location of patients, parents and professionals.
CURRENT MAPS
We are working to update these maps, to add more countries and to include people with all the muscle GSDs.
USING THE MAPS
Click on a country button to open that map in a new window. You can zoom and search on the map. Click on a pin to show the person’s details (if they have requested their details to be shown).
NOT EVERYONE IS INCLUDED
These maps are generated from our database. There is not a pin on the map for everyone because:

Some people have not requested to be included.

Some people are in families and are located at the same address.

In some cases we do not have a full postal address, just the region, and these pins will all appear on top of each other in the center of their region.
CLUSTERS?
Although there often appears to be a cluster of cases, in fact these usually simply mirror the concentrations of the general population.
